Tasting at Bruce’s Pad. Very hazy gold beer, good fluffy pale cream coloured head. Palate is airy and crisp. Slightly salty brett seltzer. Light floral lemon with a whisper of candy. Light finish. Bitterish linger. Bit heavy on the brett but decent.
Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Paul. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy white head. The nose has licks of sweat, peach, apricot. Light-medium sweet flavor, a bit of poopy brett, some bitter citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish with mellow warmth, some lemony tang, more moderate bitter citrus rind. Very nice. Rasmus40 (21461) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - JAN 2, 2015

Cloudy orange-amber color with generous head. The aroma is lightly fruity and funky, mild but nice. The mouthfeel is dry, highly carbonated; vinous flavor, a lot of wood, too much wood, hence astringent in the final, not so pleasant.
Chaotic beer. I wouldn’t want to drink a full glass of it.
Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, big thanks to the Croydon connection, 08/04/14.
