Hazy glowing peach color with a light head. Big funk peach smell. Peach sour with a saison spice that blends with the fruitiness of te peach. Medium body. hopwine (670) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - MAY 28, 2014
Hazy golden straw pour, white head. Nose is primarily peach with a little funk and oak. Flavor is initially bright lemon acidity, fading to some minerality, fleshy peach, pear, and mild barnyard. Oak adds structure without too much flavor shining through. andrewje41 (3767) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - AUG 15, 2015
UPDATED: AUG 16, 2015 Movin to the country I’m gonna.. nevermind. I’ve been waiting to try this beer for years now, and I get to try it from both the bottle, and draft in the same week. Rating now on draft at the Engine House No 9 Sour Fest. What a surprise! Pours a bright peach color with a slight fizz lasting head. Huge fresh peach and apricot aroma. Flavor matches with an obvious brett background. Well worth the wait. Also, how the hell is this 10%? I never paid attention to what it was until after enjoying this, and I’m very surprised. This beer is amazing. Incredible lingering, slightly sour orange fruit flavor. Loved everything about this beer. Caskalefan (168) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - APR 26, 2014
Very hazy amber pour with a nice two finger head that sticks around for quite awhile before receding to a lasting ring.
Palate is peachy, spicy, moderately funky, with a beautiful balance among the three. The tartness is somewhat restrained, but its level works perfectly.
One of the best peach sours I’ve had the privilege to enjoy. Homer321 (5045) - Melboring, Florida, USA - MAY 16, 2014
Bottle thanks to mike. Aroma of fruit and tartness. Hazy orange color. Moderate white head. Taste is amaz-a-balls. A wonderful peach explosion with some stone fruit noyaux thing going on. Big awesome beer. Want more.

Ojejujeju. W aromacie przepiękna brzoskwinia, morela, słodycz, szlachetność, bretty, lambici... Genialne. W smaku oszołomienie podtrzymane, wytrawna brzoskwinia wokół brettów, kwaśność stonowana, pijalne jak diabli, gładkie, dostojne. Piwo roku dla mnie. julian (30) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 13, 2012
Pours a hazy light orange color with a foamy white head that eventually dissipates to a snowy white ring around the edges. Nice thick lacing. Aroma is intense peaches, light oak, mild brett. Taste follows the same, lots of peaches, mild tartness, good clean hop profile balances out the huge malt bill (10% abv!). Slight warmth in the throat from the alcohol, but more or less undetectable. This is seriously dangerous and very delicious! Reminiscent of a barrel aged fruit beer from Upright. Some of the same characterists as Fantasia. Would be interesting to do a side by side with these two great OR beers. Reynolds314 (3433) - Connecticut, USA - MAY 31, 2013
Stunner! Bottle shared by Ernesto and courtesy of Thome50. Really fresh ripe peach aroma with some lacto type funkiness and oaky spicyness. Flavor is sublime. Juicy peaches and herbal musty funk and a light lemon zing tartness. Amazingly creamy and rich with so much flavor. One of the greatest beers Ive ever had. haukur (1948) - Reykjavik, ICELAND - MAR 16, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 7, 2016 INCREDIBLE BEER! Huge peachy nose with some nice funky tones. What a nose! Taste is just explosive fruity peaches but with no sweet tunes. Dry, tartness leaning towards the slightly sour side. Just so much going on. Funk is there but perfectly balanced.
