COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Very good Brett Saison. Appearance is a mammoth off-white, extremely frothy head that settles slowly, loads of lace, and a hazy orange amber color. Aroma is yeast, malt, pears, plums, spice. Flavor’s similar to nose, slightly sweet at first, then a bit of carbonic tang, followed by rest of characteristics and finishing again with a bit of bittersweet. Body is very good for this style and is the soft side. Overall, quite a drinkable beer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer & Beyond. Thanks DSG. Cloudy orange with huge off-white head. Aroma of candy, sweet ripe banana and peach, milky with notes of caramel and bubblegum. Sweetish and sour flavor, notes of banana, pear and apple, light hoppy bitterness and notes of leaves. Lively carbonation, medium to full-bodied.

Bottle shared at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Cloudy yellow with a big white head. Nice aroma with funk, citrus, flowers, yeast, some hops and a bit of spiciness. Rather dry flavor a light sweetish note, mild funk, fruitiness, citric hops, some spicy and earth. Medium-bodied. Nice stuff.

Nice strong carbonation profile. No Bret present anywhere, no sour or funk anywhere. Expected something completely different. Beautiful beer - tangerine in color, unfiltered. Simple. Lemon, light bitter hop. ---Rated via Beer Buddy App

Shared bottle at Cardinal. Pours milky golden with a small creamy white head. Aroma of farmhouse. Smooth & creamy mouthfeel. Taste is light sweet, good Brett addition.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 23.03.15. A gusher. Dense head. Very muddy pale yellow. Sour and refreshing aroma. Fruity, with bitter lemon. Similar taste. Brett is evident. Also a little bitterness. Dry mouthfeel.

Draft at the rye house NYC. Pours cloudy tan color with a thick 2 finger head that fades. Interesting complex bready and yeasty notes. Pretty good
