COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

From 750 ml bottle. Pours a very hazy golden color with a thin white head. Very beautiful nose with notes of spice and citrus and the brett funk. Flavors are complex with mild sweetness at first with a dry crisp finish. Overall a nice, complex saison with a nice addition of Brett. Interesting approach. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy golden color, large gushing head, really nice lacing and retention. I cant stand this gushing shit but whatever. Aroma is spice, citrus, bret, yeast. Medium bodied, funky mouthfeel, bret overpowers.

Classic saison pour that is dark straw yellow with a massive froathy white head. The nose is full of brett and some barnyard, and that presents upon drinking as well, but theres also a nice, refreshing sour funk going on, too. Really nice beer.

750ml capped bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that settles quite quickly revealing some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is quite yeasty with some cereal grains and light fruits. Taste is a grainy malt and light fruity sweetness with a light spicy hop bitterness and a yeasty dry finish. Medium bodied with abundant carbonation leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate. A quality saison and highly recommended for those who can appreciate this style of beer.

Bomber. Thanks to KyotoLefty. Moderately sharp tang in the nose. Musty and dusty, too. Pretty orange/amber color. Dirt, mild malt in the initial / sweet honeyish mid / finish is smooth and filling, with some light tongue-tingling spice notes. Moderately dry and crisp body. Wow! Not over the top, but rather well-constructed stuff. This will age for several years. Earthy and pleasant. In spite of the alc. level, this seems like a "session" saison. Nothing to put off those who normally dont like the style.

Bottle. Orange-gold with lace, cloudy. Dusty, dry, nose, citrus, lemon, bread, peach, minerals. Nice bready malt flavor, peach, citrus, orange, nice meat malt, good sweet honey. Rather sweet at first, then turns dry. Very easy drinking and delicious. Fabulous stuff.

Pour is hazy golden/light orange with white creamy head and good lacing. Aroma of brett, herbal and earthy notes, fruity. Taste has that rustic saison caracter with some herbal notes and fruity esters, little sweetness and fairly dry finish. Low to medium body and lively carbonation. Good saison!
