COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a frothy and lacing off-white head, shaving foam style. Quite a gusher that keeps coming. Intensely astringent and leathery Brett aroma. Medium body, a sweet fruitiness, heavy, herbal brettyness leading to a dry finish. Very Bretty indeed but in a somewhat rough way. 200912

Craft near Tottenham Court Road. Keg. Light haze on this amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with good crispy fine carbonation. A very nice mix of light savoury and tangy generic fruits that lean toward a very light sourness. Orange and apricot raise up as does a trace of lemon. Light finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle at the Funky 8, Brooklyn, NYC. Pours cloudy, light orange with a creamy, white head. Lovely beer overall. The brett character lends a biting crispness throughout. Also pleasant notes of citrus, light spice. Medium bodied with sturdy carbonation. Lasting leathery brett finish. Moderately sweet. Highly drinkable. Really a pretty superb beer overall.
