Erupting in it’s glass, the earthy sour aroma breathes from the tiny bubbled head. It tastes like spicy wet hops and fruit. It is flavorful and still extremely refreshing. It is one of my all time favorites. Strong smooth refreshing flavorful. Share with friends, only it they are good friends. 750ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thick white head. Nice citrus flavor, mostly lemon. Some funkiness but very subdued. This is one of the best Saisons I've had.

Pours a beautiful, glowing extremely hazy straw with a dense, cakey, bone-white head. Aroma is moderate funk, light sharp minerality, pear, lemon and red apple. Flavor begins with sharp citric acidity which gives way to a formidable wave of funk, ending in with slightly underripe pineapple and a very dry finish. Complex and funky without being overwhelming, balanced without being boring. I can’t think of anything that could improve this guy. hag14 (110) - Hafnarfjörður, ICELAND - FEB 27, 2014
What a beer! On draft at the icelandic beer festival. Cloudy yellow. Citrus, yeast and oranges. So rich and complex. Citrusy finish. Incredible. Can’t wait for my first bottle.

Oh My! This is as real as beer gets folks. Oh so very soft and creamy. A dreamy delight. Sour and tart and alcohol to boot. Wow! Appearance is on par with superior German Hefe’s. Beautiful if you stir it up. Simply amazing! Very rustic. This with pumpkin would be radical. Just a touch of sweetness. Monalovesbeer (21) - - NOV 9, 2012
Drank out of a short pilsner glass, from a 750ml bottle. Pours with with a very frothy, light head. Very cloudy and light amber color. Slightly sour and spicy aroma, with an emphasis on yeast. Taste is very complex. Nice malt, with strong clove flavor. Finishes with a flavor of wheat toast with homemade orange marmalade. There is more to this beer, but it is hard for me to describe it-definitely an adventure for the taste buds. If you love citrus-spicy beers you can't not like this. One of my favorites.

2013 bottle. What a wonderful beer. I love this style and the complexity and depth this beer has. The packaging is top notch and price is reasonable for the quialty. Has a big earthy spice flavor while creating big flavor and mouthfeel while remaining dry. hellbilly831 (4) - - FEB 23, 2013 does not count
Took me a while to find this and this one was definitely worth the hunt. Earthy aroma fills the air when you pop this open. With hints of pear and funk of brett this beer does not disappoint. A world class offering by Logsdon. JPDurden24 (1675) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - MAR 18, 2013
UPDATED: MAR 24, 2013 Cloudy light orangish yellow pour with a foamy white head. Citrusy, yeasty, with a healthy dose or Brett. Flavor has a little bit of tartness and funky goodness. Love this brew!!
