COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains, producing complex fruity and spicy flavors balanced with hops and a soft malt character.

Light amber, bit orange hazy with medium white head. Slight yeast aroma. Nice combination of saison and Belgian tripel: strong fruity sourness balanced by some sweet, rich of yeasty notes, good bitterness later. Bitter notes in the aftertaste. Nice!

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, shop, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home Sunday 15th October 2017 whilst making Chicken and Chorizo Lasagne and Medjool Date Ice Cream.
Pours hazy yolky gold with a white head. A jolly good saison, with a good interplay between farmy tang, yeast, malt and a nice sweetness. Lovely beer, my reviews would have been far better than this were it not for the fact that I wad rolling lasagne pasta sheets. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov17 4.1

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Tom L. Cloudy blond with a white film. Fruity, some citrus, some pineapple juice in the nose, sweet and spicy, a little herbal, a little bretty taste. Juicy, full body, fruity finish.

Classic, clean saison with a good amount of bitterness at the end. Very "trad" yeast character -- bone dry, effervescent, and faintly spicy.
