375mL capped bottle. Even at the last pour its only a hazy golden color. Effective skill at balancing a pretty beer with a live beer. The head is always strong and long lasting. Its a foamy, lightly sticky head. Looks like a decent bubble bath beer. I am drinking this side by side with the Bretta version. Its interesting to drink the base beers of the Brett version Saisons. Well, I cold only think of Blvd that has the availability (albeit, Tank 7 has an additional dry hopping). So, I feel like this beer is really meant for brett-anizing rather than standing on its own. So, my perception of a bit too much sweetness and a stronger than desire malt biscuit - while all being fairly well contained - may be biased. I like it but I want it leaner with a bit of acidity to balance. A mineral and herbal yeast finish. I like it but I can’t help but think how much more I would like it with Brett. larsga (7608) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 3, 2016

UPDATED: NOV 4, 2016 375ml bottle (Alus Celle, Riga)
Sweet aroma, some grungy graiiness to it. Pretty heady sweet taste, some alcohol in here too. Sticky palate, both from sweetness and I presume resiny hops, which at least provide some long-term interest. Yes, it uses belgian yeast, I can taste that, but the effect is so forced that it’s fake. Some acidity here, not so nice. Throw belgian yeast in, get high scores - narp, doesn’t work for me.
Rerate: Tap (Riga Craft Beer Festival 2016) at 6.3%, maybe bretta, maybe not - confusion here. (5:2:4:2:8=2.1)
Watery saison aroma. Fruity grungy taste, a dirty mess. Ugh, another shit modern "craft" monstrosity. So dirty and messy. Do not want.
