Bottle, 2015. Pours lightly hazy golden, medium plus white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is Brett, lemon, basement, black pepper, dust, chili pepper. Flavor is dry, hint of lemony tartness, medium brett funk, just a hint of pepper, but no real heat. Light body, bubbly carbonation. Interesting and tasty. I wish this was 4%. daje (4535) - NORWAY - MAR 6, 2017
Schouskjelleren Ølfestival 2016. Semihazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of italian herbs, strawberry, leather, funk. Taste is bretty, mild sour, peach, berries, crisp and clean sourness, robust fruity dry finish. Excellent. SinH4 (6258) - Garching b. Mnchen, GERMANY - JAN 16, 2017
Tap. Hazy orange-golden color with white head. Aroma is peppery, wild yeasts, peach funk. Taste is doughy, peppery, wild yeasts again, peach again. Peppery finish. High carbonation, and quite heavy, as most other Logsdons I’ve had - nice! jcnielsen (3416) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 4, 2017
Bottle in Winter Park over Christmas. Pours a hazy golden orange color with white head. Spiced, peppery, dry, straw, slight funk aromas. Dry, floral, spice, fruity, straw, peppery flavors. reebtogi (6378) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 2, 2017
750ml capped bottle gushed when I snapped the cap and pours a hazy golden color with a finger and a half of fizzy white head that dissipates quickly leaving no lacing on the glass. Aroma is pepper and basil with some lemon and grains. Taste is a lemony tartness with a light fruity and malty sweetness finishing with the basil and pepper notes. Light to medium bodied with abundant carbonation. Overall, a well crafted brew that suits the style well. Recommended.

Bottle in Winter Park with jcnielsen. Thanks Justin! Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma has notes of green tea, herbs, black pepper, light funk, some fruit, and grass. Bone dry. A little twangy. Blood orange and citrus. Ok but not my favorite. dinkle50 (1532) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 19, 2016
Cloudy golden pour with a single finger head. Major carbonation, in fact the bottle gushed a bit. Aroma is light and peppery. Light bodied. Slightly tart and floral, lemon and lime along with some cherries develop as you drink this. The body is really nice and fluffy, despite being light. Pretty nice beer. I could drink a lot of this.
