May 2016 - Bottle share at Canary Wharf Stomach Ulcer Tasting, as ’Logsdon Szech ’n Brett’, 6.5%. Many thanks to Colin for this one. Hazy yellow with a small foamy white head. Aroma is sherbety, air freshener, floral, some spearmint. Body is light, tingly carbonation, a little foamy. Taste is air freshener, lime, minty, dry into the finish. Clean with a light acidity. 9th July 2016: on-tap in the NaparBCN Brewpub with the RBESG guys. This beer was a long way from home, somehow found it’s way to Barcelona. Hazy golden orange pour, small white head on top. Grassy farmyard with trampled citrus fruits in the nose, the taste similar but with an added spice/herbal touch, vinous notes also. Different and interesting.
