COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fishermen enjoy a beverage while casting away. Whether fishing or imbibing, there are limits, whether it be a 5 leader or 5 liters. Saisons were brewed back in the day for farm workers with a 5 liter daily limit, a satiating standard that would allow for ample thirst quenching in any condition while still being able to complete the task at hand, both then and now. Our session-style Szechuan Brett was designed to do just that. Whether farming or fishing, a little lighter beer extends the limit, a little pepper spice provides a little more character without over doing. What ever you limit is, enjoy our Szech ’n Brett, have a good catch, we do!

Bottle from Beltramo’s in Menlo Park, CA. Aroma is fruit...peaches, tangerine, melon, strawberries. Funky fruity fresh. So fruity but balanced with a earthy, mineral funkiness. 97? Surprisingly low for this truly exceptional beer.

Tellement de variation au fur et à mesure. Levuré fruité, savonneux, poivre moelleux, pointe d’acidité, jus de tangerine et poire dans un corps pulpeux et léger à la fois.

Bottle shared by Michael T. Thanks man. Hazy yellow body with a quarter inch of white head. Aromas of tropical fruits, bubble gum, yeast. Smells and tastes terrific. Sweet, yet not overly so. Light to medium bodied. Nice grainy, bready character with a bouquet of mango, pineapple, melon. Lovely.

toxichop (597) - South Gate, California, USA - OCT 15, 2015
Pours a hazy yellow with a tint of brown and a one finger white head. S: A full assault of the brett and spices, rotting wood, cloves, a hint of lime zest and pepper. T: Rather light on the flavor, some limes cloves, herbs and pineapple. M: High carbonation and a light mouthfeel. Overall this is perfect for a hot summer day. Easy to drink with enough complexity to keep it interesting.

Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - OCT 18, 2015
Pours a hazy pale golden straw color with two fingers of fizzy white foam. Nose is an interesting mix of foggy fieldgrass, spicy pepper, barnyard nuances and soft pineapple funk. Palate follows with delicious integration of unripe pineapple, horsehair and spicy earthy peppercorns. Uniquely delicious and it works....should have bought two. Should not have doubted how much I enjoy Logsdon beers.
