Lekko kwaśne, w tle sporo saisonowych przypraw, na finiszu kwaśność zbalansowana wytrawnością. Ciekawe, smaczne.

14.12.2017, tap @ Nedre Foss Grd:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, unripe berries, weeds, sorrel, fruit stones, hay, minerals, old rope, paper, fruit salt, perfume. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sour grass, minerals, oak, fruit stones, berry skin, fruit salt, ashes, bark, fresh wood. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh floral mouthfeel. Just weird.

Tastes like a sour saison. Quite citrusy, not to sour. I do not think it is a tart one. Easy to drink and fun. White fruit profile (grape, or gooseberry).
