Capped 750 from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a transient white head. Aroma is mildly sour pale stone fruit. Deep inhale required to get much. Near med body. Flavor seems apricot in a moderately sour, perhaps slightly Pedio, way. Flavors aren’t strong. Finishes pedio, fruity, somewhat bitter. Definitely dry. Creamy cheese brings out a bit of spice!
