On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Black colour, large and lasting tan head. Nice mildly roasty aroma, notes of chocolate, prunes and mild coffee. Pleasant roasty flavour, medium dry, notes of chocolate and coffee, hints of liquorice. Moderate hops in the finish.

Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, licorice and hint of coffee. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long chocolate, licorice and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Patricks. It pours a very dark brown body under a creamy beige head leaving lacings. The aroma is roasted and coffeeish, with quite a lot of licorice. Caramel. There’s some malty sourness in the flavor, with roasted malts, coffee and caramel. Some licorice towards the finish. Full to medium body, creamy combination. Lasting finish. Nice creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, dark malts, winegum, licorice, leafs, butterscotch, hay, yeast. Taste is kind of sour-ish dry, dark malts, roasted grain, burnt caramel, sour coffee, almond essence, burnt wood, winegum, butterscotch. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Boring.
