Una piccola perla gradevole ma difficilmente giudicabile. Decisamente leggera e con un gusto particolare, sul quale influiscono intense note floreali, citriche, di lieviti e una generale speziatura che si espande su un sottofondo prevalentemente dolce. 08/03/2012 Open Baladin (tap). Ambrata scarica, limpida, schiuma leggera e poco persistente. Naso molto confuso, cartone bagnato, malto, leggere spezie. In bocca è confusionaria, nota di malto leggera, spezie appena accennato, e finale acidulo, strano. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Molto confusionaria e deludente. Pours a dark golden orange color with a one finger frothy white head that quickly settles into a thin ring. Minimal spots of lace left behind.
Slightly floral, earthy aroma with farmhouse funk, subtle hops, citrus fruit and faint peppery spice. Lots of citrus and light fruit with some bready yeast. As it warms the flowers really stand out.
Medium bodied with delicate carbonation and a very nice balance of sweet, earthy and spicy notes. Lots of estery light fruit notes and citrus along with a subtle, earthy farmhouse quality. Really sweet but the ABV is well hidden. Subtle hops with lots of fruit sweetness. Floral notes really stand out but not in a hoppy way. Hibiscus prominent but not in the way of the other notes. Well balanced and pretty easy to drink.

Pours a somewhat-cloudy medium peach color with a very thin white head that quickly subsides to a thin collar around the edges. The nose carries some nice notes of flowers and perfume with a faint touch of light stone fruits.
The flavor takes everything to the next level in a beautiful blend. The floral notes take front stage with a slight earthiness behind in addition to some light, yet fresh, notes of apricot. Perhaps some slight melon notes. Body is really quite nice and delicate with moderate carbonation and a very smooth finish. Just the tiniest bit of chewiness.
Overall, a fantastic brew. Well integrated flavors and spice without going over the top.
