Draft at Uber. Pours a clear dark amber with bright orange edges and tons of fast-rising carbonation. Loose cfreamy off-white head, slightly pink, that fades quickly away to nothing. Sweet and slightly tannic cherry and red wine grape nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb that fades as it breathes. Mid-palate predominates with cherry and red wine, but even those are fairly mild notes. A little caramel underneath, and there’s definitely some malty backbone to the body, but mostly this is an attempt at a more understated barrel aged beer with a fruit addition. Doesn’t notably fail or notably succeed. Certainly a pleasant beer.

Nose is lightly funky with notes of light wine barrel and soft cherry. A touch of base beer note pokes through. Pours golden with light reddish hue, light foam ring around the edges and soft lace. Flavors of soft barrel, soft brett, light wine, pale ale base, light lactic tartness and a touch of cherry in the finish. Interesting, soft subtle, well done, enjoyable.

Draft at Uber. Pours a ruby orangish golden with a tightly carbonated white head. Nose is tart and slightly chaulky with fruity light tart cherry, lemon, hints of Chardonnay grapes...all very subtle and clean. Very light body that is slightly fizzy. Flavors are very subbtle, light lemon, strawberry, cherry, slightly lactic and left me wanting some more flavor wise...although this is light, clean and sessionable.

On tap at Fredfest. Pours hazy golden with a nice off-white head and a sour vinegar aroma. The flavor is also rather sour with a hint of cherry.

Tap @ Fredfest... Poured hazy, golden/orange. Aroma had some pickle/vinegar notes going on. Tasted of yogurt, very lactic, salty, with a touch of sweetness and fruit towards the finis.
