66ml Bottle from Zabka supermarket, Warsaw (3.49 PLN):
A better beer than Id been expecting going in, but in truth that is only half the story since I definitely wasnt expecting much from this one & the fact it came in a 660ml bottle didnt help matters. Appearance wise the beer got off to a poor start but things picked up a little with the nose & taste at least without really excelling. It remained quite an easy one to drink with a nice balance that made it better than quite a few other Polish beers Ive tried but Im still not sure Id put it in the 1001 beers book to be honest with you.

Aromat skunksa, zielona butelka robi złą robotę. Delikatne nuty słodowe. Słaby i wadliwy.

Piana delikatna.

Acaro (141) - Madrid, SPAIN - APR 3, 2017
Aroma: Bitter cereal notes Appearance: Golden color with clear sparkling liquid and white head. Taste: Light sweetness followed by light bitterness and light sour notes. Palate: Light body with oily liquid and average carbonation. Abrupt astringent bitter finish. Overall: All but the palate. Nice beer to drink in summer, sparkly and all. Missing a bit of memory.

Once, on a desperate and perilous expedition into the heart of Tatra mountains, I became separated from my party. I fought my way through the blinding blizzards, but the fierce Slavic gales hammered over me and despite my best efforts I knew that if not for a miracle I would surely succumb to conditions. But suddenly in my darkest hour - when all hope was lost. I saw a green light, faintly pulsing in the distant. Of course I thought this must be the light of the heavens and that my fate had finally been decided. As I staggered closer the wind and snow began to subside. the light grew stronger. Then, as clear as my writing here before you, it emerged. A single 500ml bottle of Lomza Export; 5.7% alcohol and 100% majesty. It only took several seconds for me to skull that beautiful beer down, but as I did my entire life flashed before my eyes. I felt a power rising inside of me. My muscles no longer ached, my legs no longer hesitated. I walked down off that mountain, I survived. All thanks to Lomza. And that my friends, is a true story.
