MoritzF (10237) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JAN 5, 2018
(bottle, 33cl) Dark brown colour with a beige mid-sized foamy head. Mildly roasted malty aroma with notes of dark chocolate, mocha, a whiff of liquorice and a berry-fruity touch. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly roasted malt character with notes of mocha, dried fruits; finishes rather sweet and a bit cloying. Okay. 05.I.18

pivnizub (10959) - Bochum, GERMANY - DEC 24, 2017
Lahev: Deep, deep, deep amber coloured, small tanned foamy layer; sweet toasty-roasty nose with traces of freshly ground coffee and chocolate, any bitterness hardly detectable; moderate to solid sweet flavour with an illusion of bitterness; medium to full bodied, a bit sticky; slightly lingering sweet fruity-toasty finish with some hoppy traces in the aftertaste. Too sweet, to monotonous...

Icedwarf (1908) - Etten-Leur, NETHERLANDS - MAY 23, 2017

herrklemann (571) - Graz, AUSTRIA - APR 22, 2017
Pours a reddish dark black with a small, frothy brown head. Light aroma of blackberry, coffee, dark chocolate. Lightly roasty, rather dry, just a little sweet, a bit tart, a bit bitter. Rather nice. Lively carbonation on a light to medium body.
Nice. Good balance, so unobtrusive, some might call it unremarkable. But it’s actually just what it is: a good, dark beer. Nice.

Mortlach (2536) - Rome, ITALY - JAN 21, 2017
Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 (thanks Alberto!). Bruna, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianco-sporco media.

9/9/10/10/9/10
