Cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW), Watford on 28 Jan 2013. Poured a slightly hazy copper colour, with a thin white head. Aroma of lightly toasted malt, tart berries and caramel. Acidic, zest fruit flavours, mixed with some brown sugar and biscuity malt. Finish was nicely balanced straw, hop resin and roasted malt. gruberm (358) - - SEP 7, 2013
Brownish red ale. Cream colored head. Thin strawberry notes. Not a strong taste but nice tasting palate. Cool story behind beer. Probably not true.

Hazy deep amber beer, little white head. Light palate - crisp and dry. Well balanced. Creamy malt base with a whisper of toffee. Good hops - pine with mild tropical fruits. Minerals. Decent flavours slightly marred by an over dry palate. Okay but too dry.
Half-pint, cask, shared with Finn at Bree Louise. Unclear amber coloured body. Headless, poor lacing. Dark fruity hops to the nose. Taste of red oranges and dark grapefruits. Decent hop bitter ending. Refreshing. Rather thin bodied. OK (London, 05.11.2012). sportingbeer (2) - Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 24, 2012 does not count
Amber ale, with nice citrusy aroma. I love the slightly malty taste, but with fruity notes and bitter aftertaste. Love the storey behind the brew as well. yespr (48943) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 18, 2012
