ChrisOs Marvellous Pre GBBF Mega Tasting. Hazy gold beer, big white head. Light dry palate. A little seltzer like minerals. Mild pale malt and mild sherbet citrus. Finishes dry with citric bitterness in the aftertaste. Not bad.
At Chriso pre GBBF Shindig 2012. I thought this was quite hoppy and lemony and really quite tasty. Drinkable. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 15, 2012

Bottle from the brewery @ home. Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with a massive, rocky white head. The nose is of light honeyed grains, some orange and syrup. Rainwater. The taste is slightly skunked light peachy hops, zippy cereal grains, light honey. Saaz. Light finish. Easy to drink, active carbonation. Overall, OK. One complaint I do have about this beer is its freshness - I bought this beer directly from the brewery quite recently, and find it’s nearly 6 weeks past its bbf date. A brewery that takes pride in its product should absolutely not be doing something like that to its customers. While it may have been an honest mistake, I’ll certainly now be checking their bottles when I’m there.
