22 oz. bottle labelled 2013. This bottle was so overcarbonated, it’s a miracle this thing didn’t explode on the shelf. There is barely a half inch of beer in my glass with the rest of the volume being off-white foam that is continuously spilling over the top. Bubbles are rising furiously from the bottom of this glass as if it were boiling. The impact of the cascade hops is not all that noticeable in the nose, as the aroma is more floral than citrus. The flavor begins with malt and dries out fairly substantially almost immediately. Mild-moderate floral hops bitterness at the finish with some lingering dryness on the palate beyond the swallow. Medium bodied. howlinwlf (26) - Ronkonkoma, New York, USA - JAN 19, 2014
22 ounce bottle poured into a .5 litre tall glass. Deep copper color with a slight cloud to it. Very frothy long lasting head. Classic Pale Ale flavor, piney bitter flavor with a good dose of hops at the back end. raphael (1280) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 28, 2013
Thanks to Jack for picking this up on the island. Aromas of pine and caramel, with a little mint. flavors of pine, grape and salt. reddish amber with thin off white head. rich and pleasant. Boutip (6433) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 25, 2013
Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus and floral hops is dominant with a nice amount of caramel malt also noticeable. Taste is a good mix between some semi-sweet caramel malt with some good notes of citrus hops with nice floral undertones and some bitter note in the aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid offering with good amount of fresh hops. nimbleprop (8594) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - NOV 22, 2012
22oz bottle pours a hazy caramel amber with some lacing white head. Nose is minty, dried lemon peel, malt, light caramel, cracker. Flavor is sweet, malty, crackers, lemon, dried pine needles, light soap, biscuit. Full, dry, bitter finish.

The aroma is musty, earthy, hop oil, flowers. The appearance is clear amber, white head. The flavor is musty, earthy, more caramel. The finish is floral hops, really over-the-top fresh hops, earthy, spicy, lingering. Medium in body, a little thin. Not sure the wet-hopping really improves a beer. This was decent, but I didn’t love it. dogfish120love (1337) - Westfield, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 9, 2012
Pours a reddish dark orange with an off white lacing. The initial aroma profile showcases bight citrusy notes followed by a panoply of earthy aromas. Dried flowers is another aroma that is noticeable.
