A rich, black milk stout that is brewed with roasted barley, flaked oats and milk sugar. We then blend fresh-brewed premium coffee into the brew, producing a delicious balance of silky sweetness with roasted coffee undertones.

Tap. Dark pour with a big mocha head. Coffee, licorice, candle, caramel. Lighter than expected body. Almost watery. Not a lot of flavor... Oily and roasty/smokey. Easy to drink but too much smokiness for this body. Not my favorite

12oz bottle pours a watery, deep brown with LOADS of foamy, off white head. Nose is well nuanced, lightly malty, lightly sweet, some mild roast, some hints of fresh brewed coffee, perhaps a little roast mushroom. Flavor follows right along, mild coffee, mild cola, a little mild molasses, some roast, some earthy notes. Thin finish. Might have needed a bit more oat to build some extra body, but certainly an easy drinker.

Bottle. Pours deep mahogany with a medium creamy tan head that dissipates fairly quickly leaving decent lacing. Aroma is cardboard, lactic sugars, cocoa. Flavor is fairly sweet, lactic sugars, roasted malts, stale coffee. Lightish body but a creamy mouthfeel. Not too bad for a 3.5% beer actually

Jimsal27 (291) - New York, USA - MAY 23, 2014
This is a lights version of a coffee stout. Watery, no body really not. If you want a stout try something else.

tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 30, 2013
Drain pour, undrinkable. This has to be a bad bottle. Pours black. Nose of sulfur, buttermilk, some roast.

notalush (5895) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - JUN 10, 2013
Tap - dark brown - frothy head - nose is light mineral, watery coffee, light char - watery body, moderate char and roast - a bit of diacetyl - slick texture - meh.

coldbrewky (1730) - Hippetown East, New York, USA - APR 10, 2013
Bomber via beer world. A mellow lightly coffee crisp stout. Ease of drink-ability is quite high. The undertone of coffee delights me, as it is not too strong but enough to get noticed. Hardly a head is produced from this seemingly well carbonated bottle. Finish is crisp and quick. Looking forward to trying some of their other brews at TAP NY in a few weeks.

Errl (2442) - Plano, Texas, USA - APR 3, 2013
Bottle thanks to Brewtopiaofpj..pour is dark black with a light tan head..Nose is coffee, roast, lactose, caramel popcorn, oats..Taste is sweet lactose, coffee grounds, caramel popcorn, toffee, nutty, light chocolate..palate is caramel popcorn..This is weird but I enjoy it for some odd reason

Niko100 (2966) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 2, 2013
Dark brown/black color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of toasted malt, coffee, & some chocolate; Flavor of roasted malt, caramel, coffee grounds, some hops, and dark chocolate; Not that bad.

trapped (3384) - New York, TURKEY - MAR 31, 2013
Drought. Dark brown color, small foamy beige head, coffee aroma, average carbonation, average finish. Balanced but not very special.
