Cask @ GBBF 2016. Pours a yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

Hazy blonde ale with a lot of taste especially bitter and a little sweet flavour. I took it twice at Picasso’s in Eastbourne in a bottle.

On cask at the Sussex Ox. Really nice golden ale / hoppy bitter, with a clean, bready malt base and some great, earthy and floral hops. It reminded me quite a bit of Timothy Taylor Landlord -- pale, biscuity, and hoppy. Excellent stuff.

Cask halfpint @Ragged Trousers Tunbridge Wells. - Odd thin affair of soggy floor biscuit malts underneath oddly floral/perfume hops, hovering in earthy oilywatery air. Decent for the abv though, with something to wonder about every sip. After a bitter and a mild, this ale’s rustic charms might have been lost on me, but there is a lingering dusty elderflower theme...

Cask at the Battle of Trafalgar, Brighton on 1st March 2017. Pale pale gold with off-white foam and scant lacing. Floral hops and biscuit malt in aroma. Floral and citrus hoppiness in-mouth. Tart citrus, sweet malts and elderflower in the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a light body.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2017 Cask at Plough and Harrow, littlington. A real problem at the pub that day (mid December), all Long Man beers tasted very skunky, like dirty pub floor. I like this brewery but this time the long blonde was barely drinkable. Retried cask at weatherspoojs eaatbourne. Similar palate which is very unpleasant which hit after first initial taste which was fantaysic like dark star hopehead. Shame it lasted for 2 seconds. Still not a fan albeit better.

Rather generic golden ale with a thakfully restrained citrus character and fairly robust body. Nice enough but the brewers have run out of interesting things to do with this genre.

OK- restrained straw nose and tight, mildly lemon body. Bit like cairngorm’s "trade winds" but with less heather, less fines.

Pours a blonde colour. Taste is average blonde ale. Drinkable but won’t be revisiting this one

Light in colour, floral aroma, citrus and good hop character with a nice bitter finish. Good beer.
