Coriander aroma. Cloudy yellow color with a medium white head that quickly dissipates. Light malt beginning with a coriander finish. JoeMcPhee (9427) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 31, 2008
12 oz bottle. Pale yellow. Very cloudy and yeasty. Aroma is all coriander. Light lemon and a bit of wheaty flavour, but it is quickly clobbered by all the coriander. Fairly sweet which just gives an overall appearance of being too damn lemony. Gets quite vegetal as it warms up. yobdoog (1888) - Kingston, New York, USA - MAY 29, 2008
Appearance is light and aroma to match. Not much more than some citrus, very lemony. Not much flavor. rds (230) - USA - MAY 26, 2008
UPDATED: MAY 27, 2008 This brew looked weak, smelled like a lite beer, and was unfortunately terribly bland. jredmond (8285) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 24, 2008
UPDATED: FEB 9, 2011 12 oz bottle. Surprised to see so few ratings. This beer pours a hazy orange body with very small white head. There is some yeast sediment on the bottle of the bottle, as well as the bottom of my glass by the time I finish. The aroma is spice, yeast, and maybe some coriander - pretty accurate for the style. The taste is very smooth with some notes of spice and citrus and even some hop - but just slightly. Great witbier - really enjoyed this one.

Had at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow as a good white should. The aroma was citrus and spice. A nice mix. The taste was smooth and full of citrus again. The taste didn’t quite match up with the flavor though and I was left wanting a more complete flavor. porterhouse (1580) - Boothbay, Maine, USA - MAY 12, 2008
(Bottle (stamped "031908") from <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/maine/wiscasset target=blank>Treats) Pours cloudy light gold-yellow with a very slight grayish tint. Tall off-white head. Aroma of citrus (orange, lemon) and spice. Mouthfeel light, fairly smooth, pleasant. Tastes refreshing and citrusy (orange, lemon) with prominent spice note (coriander?). Chalk it up as a decent, drinkable summer wheat refresher and a slight bit better than many I’ve had. jb (3253) - Rochester, New York, USA - MAY 11, 2008
Pale hazy yellow. Aroma is standard belgian oranges and coriander. Yeasty palate with some banana and spice. Good but this style is starting to bore me. jason (1834) - Easton, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 7, 2008
<bBottle. I should start by saying that I am not a fan of Wits in general but this one was so smooth and satisfying. Poured a cloudy yellow body with thin head. Aroma was spices, corriander. Flavor is light spices, yeasty and smooth. Great for a warm day. blipp (9278) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAY 2, 2008
Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is light citrus, primarily lemon, and spice. Medium body. Flavor is zesty lemon, a light note of pine, a bit of spice, and a light note of soap which is somehow not off-putting. Pretty good, I thought is was an interesting take on the style.
