Our Belgian White Ale is modeled after the original Belgian Witbiers brewed in monasteries during the early 14th century. The soft notes of citrus and spice are topped with a light fluffy head that finishes clean and crisp. This all natural ale is our latest seasonal brew, perfect for lounging at lake-side or celebrating at trails end...

Mediocre beligan white. The smeel remind sme a little of straw or hay with a hint of a floral bouguet. Appearance is poor due to a very slight head that quickly dissapates. slightly cloudy.

Light and unfiltered, mild aroma with a taste of lime and grapefruit. Slight aftertaste bit good overall. It's an upgrade to blue moon Belgium white. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours extremely hazy yellow with a big pillow white head that leaves lacing behind. Aroma has some minor citrus and some undefined sweetness. Taste is light, crisp, and lacks much of a punch. Not bad, not great, but drinkable.

Lemon, orange, and some spice in the aroma. Sweet with some orange peel and a little metallic taste. Spice and a little bitterness in the finish. Pretty good, solid choice for a cookout or party.

Pours a bright Yellow in color, with a big foamy White head. Nice foamy head lasts until about halfway down the glass, but has little to no lacing down inside of glass. Is SOMEWHAT cloudy/hazy in appearance, but nothing like Hoeegardens which is VERY cloudy/hazy. Also, I dont see ANY spices floating around like a Witbier should have? Label says its "Unfiltered", but looks like its a filtered Belgian White beer? Has light carbonation that lasts until last sip. Aroma is of Citrus, Orange, and Lemon. Taste is is of Citrus, Orange, and Lemon. It also tastes a little sweet, but with a little spice as well. It is very refreshing on a hot Summers day! And like the label on the bottle states, it is "clean and crisp". Not a bad little beer from this small, independent beer company in Vermont. But with some spices floating around in the glass, and more cloudiness/haziness, I would probably have given them a higher rating!
