22 oz bottle, 2009 vintage from Bert’s Better Beers. Use a weizen glass. This beer poured a very cloudy yellow-orange with a huge yellow-white head that dissipated quickly. The aroma was very strong and distinct coriander, sweet orange and lemon. The best coriander note I have ever found in a wit. Also, nice floating sediment and spices floating around in the glass. The flavor was strong orange and coriander with undertones of lemon, pepper and yeastiness. Medium length finish. Fairly full bodied. Excellent. I can’t believe this come out in the winter, It would be fantastic on a warm summer night. Sammy (13012) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 8, 2010
Whitish body with a decent sized foamy head. This is a unique wit in that it has above-average mouthfeel but solely the sweet-spicey orange peel comes through over the wit. The corriander is much. Not that drinkable. basspro76 (426) - New York, USA - JUL 23, 2010
Light, Orange bubbly body. Aroma of spice, orange and a little bit of yeast. Taste is light carbonation, sweet malts and oranges, little spice kick toward the end. Mouthful is slightly watery. malrubius (3087) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - JUL 21, 2010
22 ounce bottle from Julio’s in Hoegaarden tumbler. Cloudy pale orange with white ring. Clove coriander and orange tang aroma. Orangey wheat and way way WAY overspiced with coriander. Finish is all orange popsicle and CORIANDER. I am breathing coriander. Thick cloying. Strong white beer is almost always bad, and I love a good Belgian white. This is borderline drainpour. I won’t drink the other half of the bottle. Sorry to the brewers. I like some of your other beers. Blech. zvikar (6575) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - JUL 18, 2010
At a tasting, thanks David, pours hazy yellow to orange with a nice head, aroma of orange, kumquat, carrot, mint and coriander, flavor of spices like mint, micromeria, gum, medicine, Ricola candy, floral notes and some cheesy acids, medium to full body.

Courtesy of jcwattsrugger. It pours hazy gold with bubbly full off white head. The aroma has modest spices, sweet orange candy covered in brown sugar and then a mix of perfumy floral hops and an herbal note. The taste is similar with sweet orange hard candy, herbal notes, flowery perfume, mild malt sweetness and moments here and there of grains. Its fruity sweet, a bit too bright and disjointed. tomer (3853) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - JUL 14, 2010
At a tasting, thanks Shachar, small head, hazy deep gold colour, aroma mint, orange, coriander, cough drops and a hint of retsina, flavour of lemon, tea, orange confiture and fruit drops. Strong alcoholic presence slightly unbalancing the brew. DSG (15432) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JUL 13, 2010
Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks David Cohen. Slightly hazy golden. Floral spicy aroma, a bit soapy, with oranges, mint, coriander, ginger and wheat. Minty flavor with yeast, grains, citrus (lemon and orange), spices and alcohol. Medium-bodied. Reminds me of Christmas and Halloween beers. Not my thing. nimbleprop (8948) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - JUL 1, 2010
22oz bottle pours a hazy, but mostly translucent orange gold with a little, cloudy white head. Aroma is all spices, coriander, sage, sugary, perfume, flowers, a little paint thinner. The flavor is overly sugary, flowers, sage leaves, lavender, perfume, oranges. Finish is thick, a little too sweet. A big miss. zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - JUN 23, 2010
(bottle - 22 oz) Cloudy gold pour with a thin white head. Spicy aroma with lots of hints of orange zest, yeast and coriander. Sweet and spicy at the front with a ton of orange and coriander. Some dry wheat notes come through near the middle but ends with that same spicy flavor. Alcohol is warming. A nice witbier but a little too much spice.
