Bottle: Poured a golden color with a nice head. The aroma was orange and wheat. The flavor was oranges, coriander, wheat, and sweet malts. The was extremely balanced and very smooth. I really enjoyed this. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 20, 2010

22 oz. bottle. Pours a very hazy pale gold with a moderate white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. The aroma is filled with fresh orange and coriander. The flavor is equally enjoyable with fresh fruity orange and coriander most notable along with malt and wheat. Virtually no bitterness at the finish. Clean and bright on the palate. I found this beer to be refreshingly different and quite enjoyable. SuzyGreenberg (1603) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 3, 2010
Bomber; thanks Alex!! Pours clear dark gold with thin white head; big dose of coriander, orange peels and lemons; smooth, light texture with a touch of ginger; easy drinking with oranges and just a little yeasty character; maybe a little spruce too; not to complex and definitely heavy on the coriander, but quite nice overall TaktikMTL (7798) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 31, 2010
(Rating #3040)

Bottle. Golden pour with some white head. Orange citrus, coriander, and wheat like aromas. Flavor follows but some of the wheat or malt throw a cardboard ish flavor. Fred82 (2324) - Québec City, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 25, 2010

Apparence : Clear yellow small head.

22oz bottle in a Weizen glass. Pours opaque orangish amber with a thin white head. Aroma of spice and doughy yeast. Very spicy flavor, and a sweet finish that reminds me a little of Leinenkugel’s Sunset Wheat. Light on the palate. Not bad, but for a wit, I’d rather have Hoegaarden any day. My Bottom Line:beerfest5 (1207) - Cloneen, IRELAND - MAY 5, 2010
Loads of orange peel, ginger and flower petals create a buoyant perfume to grace this softly carbonated and highly drinkable Imperial Witbier.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam crowns the cloudy yellow.
-Wheat appears in the end, but rather shyly.
-I’m not sure the higher alcohol is necessary for such a refreshing flavor profile.
-The pot-pourri intensity might be offputting to those who don’t like citrusy and perfumy aromas.
a really nice white ale, the only knock is the color is very clear, not hazy like most white ales. great citrus and coriandor zest and some spice, not like allagash, but its there. great finish, went down very easy and begged for another sip, would love to do it again.
