On tap at Blend Bar & Bistro in Hamilton,NJ. Deep amber gold color. Frothy white head. Fragrant pine and citrus hop nose. Flavor follows nose with notes of peppery spice. Complex and bitter throughout with a solid toasted malt backbone. Dry, bitter finish. Quite good.

Bottle. Aroma not that great, appearance, amber and mirky, taste is ok and palate is forgettable, HOWEVER, overall this beer isn't that bad which redeemed its score and its 7.8%, I like this beer. Unique flavor, and good. But smell and up front taste are boozy

Draught At JFK. Tangerine, lime and orange jump out of the glass. Hazy sunset orange with creamy small head that retains and patterns. Taste is orange and overt malt.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2017 Bottle from a gas station. Pine and toasty caramel aroma with light stone fruit and citrus accents. Hazy brownish orange under a lasting, thin, white sheet. Quite malty flavor with spicy melanoidin and a fair bit of juicy pink grapefruit together with pine and stone fruit. Medium bitterness. Medium carbonation, medium body. Midway between smooth and crisp.

Draft at Molly Malloy's, Philadelphia. Pours clear gold with a distinct white head. Floral aroma. Taste is citrus leading to acetone after taste. Ok at first, but 12 oz too much.

Grumbo (4760) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - AUG 29, 2017
Bottle from The Food Emporium, 8th Ave, NYC. Pours amber with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, apricot, banana, citrus, hops, grass, malt and caramel. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Decent brew.

Chalumeaux (1957) - Middleton, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 22, 2017
Poured from can dated 5/14/17 hazy copper orange with a nice white head. Aromas of caramel malt floral notes and dank citrus. Taste is mildly sweet caramel as its not fresh citrus pith and a lingering piney bitterness.

My favorite beer from Long Trail. This IPA does not hold back on hops but is balanced at the same time. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Medium brown typical appearance, not much head/lacing. Strong pine aroma with a hint of citrus. Taste is oily hops, citrus.. simplistic, not bad. Fairly bitter. It’s a solid, but not great IPA.
