COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Double-IPA of the cosmic kind, this super-limited brew is brewed with two-row and caramel malts that lay the foundation for hops, hops and more hops. The truth is out there, so send your taste buds to orbit with the out-of-this-world citrus and pine notes of Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, Columbus and Ella hops.

Excellent DIPA in a bottle at the Gravel Pike Inn outside of Collegeville. This beer had plenty of bitter, dry and floral hops everywhere from start to finish. There were some hints of grapefruit, lime, hop resin, wood and biscuit.

I drank this last night after I was already drunk. It was ok, I'd probably buy it again. I am so fucking hungover I can't even get out of bed and it's 1pm. Here's a pic in case anyone is reading this:

glennmastrange (2931) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - NOV 11, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2017 Can. Moderate roasted and caramel for the malt, heavy pine and grapefruit peel for the hops, faint soap for the yeast, with dried apricot and honey. Head is small, frothy turning wispy, slightly off-white, with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy light amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, oily, with a lively carbonation and a lightly alcoholic finish. Super DIPA with all the aromas and flavors in the right places.

Pours a slightly hazy, golden-orange, with minimal head. Aroma is soapy and grassy, with some citrus and pine hoppiness. Flavor is full of hop bitterness, lots of pine/spruce, with some breadiness and a touch of sweetness. Bitter finish and aftertaste.

captivaboy (36) - Captiva, Florida, USA - AUG 18, 2017
Sweet citrusy, pine, and aromatic. Little malt overtones, an interesting DIPA. Non resinous, nice mouth feel, just a little sweet for us. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Quick3Beers (1463) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 12, 2017
Pours an amber from a can, lots of lacing. Somewhat more citrus then pine aroma, packs a wallop with the same flavors, along with a big sweetness that quickly fades to a bitter finish. Okay beer.
