We've brewed our filtered IPA for 13 years, and never considered offering the REAL (unfiltered) version that is naturally carbonated just as it comes out of our fermenters. Well here it is! We hope you enjoy our REAL IPA.

Bottle. At last, a lager and a IPA wannabe get married. And somehow, it comes out o.k.

12oz bottle, pours a honey gold color with nice carbonation. Hops are mild, not a bold IPA, glad I tried but no high marks for this one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice and hazy as unfiltered ale should be. Nice light body with a pleasantly mild hop aroma. Definitely East Coast IPA. Not bad not great. Inoffensive for sure.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Pours hazy bright orange with a big white head and lots of lacing. Aroma is of citrus hops, and yeast. Taste consistent nice bitter hoppy beer some citrus notes and a dry finish. Good beer definitively very drinkable just not great.

Good but not great. Good bitterness but a little sweet. Not outstanding but over all enjoyable.

ausomeawestin (151) - Maryland, USA - AUG 21, 2012
Aroma of yeast and soggy hops. Tastes of grapefruit and cantaloupe rind, with minimal bitterness. Malt is decently balanced with subtle caramel notes. Very dull bitter aftertaste. Palate is light bodied with little alcohol mouthfeel. Overall a boring IPA. The short coming is in the hops, which are bland and lacking in clarity.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle at Laurrapin. Pours hazy light orange with little head. Some thin lacing, medium body, little carbonation, and citrus aroma. Taste is citrus, some pine, and slightly bitter finish. Easy to drink, pretty good.

Bottle pours a murky golden with a large white top. Scent is floral. Taste is a hoppy hefe.

Pours a Orange-Yellow in color with little to no head. Small head leaves some lacing down the glass. Has little to no carbonation. Appears somewhat cloudy/hazy in color. Aroma is a sweet floral scent, as well as some aroma of caramel. Taste is hoppy, floral, and bitter. I don’t think it’s as good as "Harpoon IPA", but this is not a bad little IPA from this small independent brewer! A good beer to drink on a warm Spring day, or Summer evening.
