I had it on tap. It pours a cloudy amber with a white head and some lacing. The aroma was caramel malt, herbal, and light hops. The taste is tea, caramel malt, and bread with some hoppy bitterness on the back end. The palate was smooth, foamy, and soapy. This is a pretty good amber. anthony850 (472) - Andover, New Jersey, USA - MAR 8, 2014
On tap at long valley tastes like a German Pilsner.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is toast and light caramel malt, dates, earthy and herbal hops. Flavor is malt and hop balanced with fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. PhillyCraft (7228) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 4, 2013
At brewpub. Clear copper color, not much head or lacing. Sweet malt, bitter hops, ash, and cereal dominate the taste and scent. Light as can be. Not my favorite style, beers like this are why.

A good amber that has a beautiful amber colour to it with an average head. Definitely a good beer. jtclockwork (16597) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 27, 2012
