COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its fine and persistent white head, this English IPA is brewed with a blend of American hops, especially Cascade and Amarillo, to obtain a more aromatic and appealing aroma of grapefruit and orange flowers. The addition of extra hops during the beer maturation, create a dry finish and a moderate bitterness which may linger into the aftertaste.

Grumbo (3456) - Ipswich, Suffolk, - SEP 13, 2017
Bottle from the Great British Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with a long lasting off-white head. Aroma of hop, malt, toffee, citrus, flowers and pine. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, initially above-average carbonation becoming softer after a few moments. Lasting and increasing bitterness. A flavoursome brew and a more 'traditional' style of IPA. Good brew.

Big load of hops, the 45 IBU can be felt clearly. Considering the amount of hops used I find the actual aroma not very intensive and not as fruity as advertised on the bottle. Also the palate is not as thick as it could (or should?) be. It´s a good drinking experience and I like the style, but for the price and the craft beer image Lord Chamray is giving itself I expected more.

Tap at black sheep. Clear golden with a nice, white foam. Grassy aroma with some citrus and floral perfume. Mellow hoppy, grassy taste with a bit of citrus and lingering zesty grassy finish. No flaws, but mellow.

33cl bottle at Fat Harry, Bugibba. Orange color, hazed, big thick creamy white head. Mandarin, orange flowers and peel, sea water, pale malts, yeast, starch. Nice hops blend, mild resiny, leading to a moderate bitterness. Medium body, soft carb thick creamy texture. Smith finish with some solvent. Not outstanding yet decent for the location, expensive though (around 5?).
