Tap. Ours deep ruby black with a large creamy brown bread that laces well. Aroma is quite roasty, molasses, grass. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, a bit odd. Bready perhaps. Full bodied and creamy, some acidity. brokensail (16599) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 14, 2012
Dark brown pour with a khaki head. Roasted malt, a little bit of smoke, and some chocolate maltiness. There’s a bit of citrus peel hops, some mild pine, and a light floral note. Slightly smokey on the palate. Lots of roast, a bit of chocolate, and some citrus zest. A mild bitterness an a bit of toffee sweetness.
