Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, fruity, apricot, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, brett, spicy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very refreshing and easy to drink. [20100419]

75 cL bottle at the brewery. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light brettish with a mild sweet malty note. Flavour is the same with alight dry hoppy and brett mix lending towards light milky lacto smoothness. Nice mellow finish.
