12oz bottles shared thanks to Matt from another. Pours a light copper with no head. Smell is acidic cherries and lightly oaked malt. Taste is sour cherry skins accompanied by throat burning and a yoghurty finish. Also tasted notes of grape, pinot noir, and raspberry. Pretty tasty.

Bottle shared by B3C. Poured hazy reddish copper color with an average fizzy reddish head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex sour cherry wood aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and lively carbonation. Medium to heavy sour cherry flavor with a medium to heavy sour fruit finish of moderate to long duration. Refreshing brew that is a standout.

Man I have to give a big thanks to Sean for sharing this with us. Stellar brew. Deep reddish pour. Aroma of red wine, cherries, funky yeast, some wet oak notes, light malt hiding in the background. Flavor is so smooth, tart, cherries, malt structure is evident, some golden raisins...this is simply sublime.

Lucky to have tried this. Pours a murky deep amber with a ruby hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma has a good amount of acid with some red fruit, light funk and a backing sweet grain note. Flavor begins with a good amount of acid that stays throughout and is backed by some sweet grains, stone fruits and a hint of funk/dry wine in the finish.

Keg on tap at a mysterious party. Thanks! You know who you are. Pours a murky reddish brown pour, a frothy tannish loose bubbled head dies to a small ring, laces small. Orange glowing edges. Aromas are red wine, grapes, toasty bread and bready malts. Touches of wet sticky oak, vanilla, caramel. Mellow overall with a lot of oranges and cherries.. Initial is a decent tart front, sour grapes and berries with touches of red wine, dry wine tannins. Wet oak, some crisp bread and toast. Doesn’t get too sweet overall, instead staying dry and decent sourness, a healthy dried out red wine element, touches of cherries, dry grapes, oak. Bready, crisp cereal, and toast stick on the finish, with lingering red wine, sour grapes, grapeskins, oranges, cherries, wet oak. Really nice, easily drinkable with a healthy barrel presence, dry sourness. Mmmmmmm. Really nice.
