375 corked and caged. Bottled 5/24/12. Pours a thick, tiny bubble, well retained white head, with extensive lacing, over a cloudy yellow (SRM 4) body.....nose is light barnyard, malt, cinnamon, ginger....taste is light sweet, hints of lemon, light cinnamon, light ginger, finishing with sweet floral honey tones....mouth feel light of medium, carbonation adds a tingle in the spice. This is a mild sour ale. While the Brett characteristics are present they are not as obvious as in many in this broad style. BJCP 8/2/13/4/7 ekstedt (6773) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 8, 2013

12.7oz bottle-tight white-yellow/gold. A-yeast, lt malt/hay, lt fruit-pear/banana with slight tart. T-yeast with some funk, spice hops, lt malt/hay, lt fruit-pear/banana with slight tart. Plenty of effervescence. Occasional. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - FEB 2, 2013
12.7oz bottle (with a super tough to get off cork) pours copper with a slight haze and minute long off white head. The aroma offers up a bit of sweet malts and wheat and banana to apple esters. The taste is similar with malts and a soft wheat note sliding into a mild to at times faint malt sweetened tart acidic sensation. This tastes like a $6.99 per six pack wheat ale that I’ve had before. But, wait, this beer at the six pack price comes in at $52 per six. (Note to self, never ever buy this again at this price). The price of this beer has left a sour taste in my mouth where the beer only left estery sweetness behind. Disappointing experience. ajnepple (6606) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JAN 29, 2013
On tap at the Mayor of Old Town. Pours a golden orange color and is cloudy with a frothy white cap. Smells like yeast, citrus fruit, spices and a little tartness. The flavors follows, a tart, spiced and fruity flavor. A bit earthy and funky. Medium body and lively carbonation. Finishes dry. Not too funky but pretty tasty. Bottle via trade with fonefan - thanks Jan! It pours clear light gold-orange with a small white head. The nose is quite mellow: earth, farmyard, brett, soft fruit, orange, tangerine and spice. The taste is lightly tart, earth, hay, tart orange, apricot, sharon fruit, faint floral and spice with crisp, dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A lot more mellow and soft than I was anticipating. Pleasant, if a little unexciting. jaghana (6070) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - JAN 21, 2013
Bottle 375ml from FoneFan thanks ! A cloudy copper beer with medium head, high carbonation but very small bubbles. Nose is on overriped fruit and pilsner malt like. Aroma is slightly sour, light brett notes, apricot and almond touch, apple, sweet body, wheat notes. Bit disappointed as the beer is slightly sour and not impressive at all. Herbal and peppery hops.
