Bottle shared amongst friends. Compared to the New Belgium take on this beer I’d have to say that Lost Abbey completely trumps them. Not super sour or funky but just the right balance. The NB version was like rancid old milk. SamP01 (668) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 23, 2012
12.7 oz.bottle. Pours a golden amber with a small short lived white head. Aroma of biscuit malt, sour ripe white grapes, fruity and some Belgian yeast. Taste is sweet tart and sour fruity flavors, slightly champagne like, Belgian yeast. Palate is a medium body, crisp nicely balanced sweet and tart on the tongue, with moderate carbonation. Finish is a combination of sweet biscuit malt, wild Belgian yeast, with some ripe sour and tart fruitiness of apples and peaches. Almost reminds me of trippel. Overall has a nice flavor and nicely balanced. A well crafted and flavorful brew. Nicely done.

Light, blond smell with sour funk. Golden hue with lots of carbonation. Medium, white head that quickly subsides, lets the beer breathe. Combination similar to a farmhouse, but with more flavor. Even flavor, finishes quickly. Aniela (4216) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 15, 2013

375 mL bottle from Ale Yeah, Roswell. Pours a hazy orange color with a thin frothy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of earthy brett funk, mild barnyard, citrus, stone fruit, faint olive/vegetal notes. The taste is citrus, stone fruit, brett, caramel, bread, funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, good balance. Nice beer. baraciisch (3311) - California, USA - JUL 25, 2016
Slightly hazy golden orange in color... Aroma of golden apples, cider, biscuity malts, grains, slight floral notes on the nose... Flavor is juicy red apples, light blonde fruity malts, herbal and floral notes throughout... Hints of Brett funk on finish, some yeasty notes... Delicious

On tap at Lost Abbey. Hazy gold color. Yeasty fruity aroma. Surprisingly smooth breadiness. Fruit character, notably subtle pineapple is absolutely present. Maybe a slight sour finish, but nothing crazy. This is very enjoyable. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 5, 2012
Bottle... Poured pale, golden/yellow with a fizzy, white head. Similar to nice saison with brett added. This was balanced and not overly funky. Quenching and can hit the spot on a hot day. Notes of citrus, yeast spice, horseblanket (faint though), fruity esters, lemons and grass. JPDurden24 (1675) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - JUL 27, 2012
From the bottle, cloudy yellow pour with a decent white head. Aroma is funky with some Brett and fruit flavors. It has a nice sweetness to it as well. Much better than the Brett beer version from lips of faith. Interesting to taste these two side by side down the road.
