750 ml bottle from Mreusch. Thanks Matt! Light, hazy golden pour with a big, fluffy white head. Aroma of yeast, spicey, citrus and a tiny bit of funk and dust. Flavor is lightly fruity and yeasty, with a citric sweetness. Slight bitterness, nice malty finish. Mouthfeel has a pleasant amount of carbonation with a nice refreshing body. Basically, this is the Saison of your dreams.
750 ml green bottle shared by alexsdad06- thanks again, Brad! 2008 vintage; I’d never even heard of this one before. Pours a barely cloudy gold with a small white head that settles into a ring and film. Musty and dusty funk, but not in a high dose, with grains, bready malts, grass, and some dried fruits along the lines of golden raisins and figs. Light-bodied, with low to moderate carbonation and a dry, musty mouthfeel. This one has held up all right; I liked it better than the 2008 Brouwer’s Imagination we had a couple weeks before it. Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured bright golden color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with fair lacing. Moderate sour, earthy and soft hop aroma. Medium body with a dry texture and soft carbonation. Medium sour & sweet flavor with a medium sour & sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met. alexsdad06 (10262) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 3, 2016
750 ml bottle shared with the group from my long lost box of beers. Pours a clear yellow golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have some musty character, fruity, apples, funk, a hint of cork, grass finishes dry, mild bitterness, decent enough for being 8 years old, wish I drank this fresh. andrewje41 (3741) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - JUL 28, 2014
2008 vintage bottle at Brouwers. Pours a light orange with a slightly sour citrus aroma. A lot of citrus flavors with a really nice orange spice. This beer to my suprise has aged really well. Solid beer. Get it while you can. 48FanInCali (851) - California, USA - MAY 17, 2014
2008-thanks to Steve for the gift. Cloudy gold pour with white foamy head. Nose of grass, faint lemons and champagne yeast. Taste follows the nose with a hint of grapes. Fairly dry finish.

750mL bottle at Brouwer’s Cafe, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, some peach-like fruity notes, and some farmhouse notes. Flavour brings out notes of oxidation, with cardboard, some light fruity notes, floral notes and feint farmhouse notes. This one is obviously on its way down, with noticeable oxidation. Wish I had this a few years earlier. With that said, this is still a solid farmhouse beer. 50belair (3617) - Florida, USA - AUG 20, 2013
Bottle. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Aromas of urine stained carpet. Sweet and malty with corn notes. Decent body and mouthfeel. Unfortunately I’m trying this one too late... boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 26, 2012
Bottle @ our annual Christmas night bottle share... Poured hazy, golden yellow with a mild head. A nice, mildly funky Saison with notes of yeast spice, citrus, and some bitterness. But a malt and grassy balance was nice. Some esters with more fruit esters. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - NOV 26, 2012
Bottle shared by a kind soul on the party bus to Fort Collins. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a huge bretty white head. Nose is citrus, light malt, Belgian yeast, and hits of burlap/ barnyardy brett, peppery yeast, and funk. Flavor is similar with light malt, some bug brett, burlap, peppery yeast, and more brett. Fizzy in body and lingering brett into the finish. Interesting saison. douglas88 (9049) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 29, 2012
Bottle shared by someone on the party bus, thanks! Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. A big nose of banana and dust. The flavor is ripe citrus, farmhouse notes, banana esters, very dry and dusty. Nice.
