Tap. Pours a clear yellow gold with a small foamy white head. The nose is bready and doughy malt with some nice German hops. The flavor is pretty spot on. Great dry crackery and doughy malt with a gentle hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light and slightly clingy with soft carbonation. Nice light hint of sulphur on the finish. Good stuff.

Draught @ Taphouse Grill, Seattle, WA. Pours clear yellowish golden with a small head. Aroma of hay, grass and lemon. Taste is smooth, slightly crisp and grassy with some hay. Finish is crisp and grassy with some sweet hay and citrus. Smooth and easy going.

[2/22/15] Draught at Port Brewing/Lost Abbey in San Marcos. Clear golden. Aroma of DMS and some diacetyl. Sweetish and buttery flavor with some DMS and a drier bitterish finish. Quite light-bodied.

Draft pour at the beer junction. Pours a clear golden color with a lasting white head. Spicy, grainy aroma. Flavor is very dry. Corny and grainy flavor with a hop character in the finish. Nice mellow beer with a high drinkability. Nice one to start a night with as well. Pretty good lager.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a small, frothy white head, short retention with good lacing. Aroma is sweet Pils malt, faint spicy hops and clean. Flavor is sweet Pils malt, light spicy hops and bitterness with a clean lager character and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

On tap at Lost Abbey - Golden pour witha ring of white head. Nose is grainy, with light honey sweetness and a noble hop blend of florals and herbal. Taste is light dry pale malt, honey and a light herbal hopping. Thin and slick with ample carbonation.
