Bottle: Initial pours develops a huge frothy head and left outstanding lace upon the glassware. Vibrant golden hue until the bottom 1/3 of the bottle where I got a yeast cloudy pour. Very white wine forward but fair amount of pils and pale malts. Almost no note of any brettanomyces found. Faint yeast spices and a tad chalky... Very sprite carbonation. It is simply okay, look nice and has a good mouth feel but not a big fan of the grapes. SSSteve (4006) - - MAY 22, 2014
bottle. aroma of zesty citrus and pineapple with a bit of tartness. a bit of raisin, tart white grape in flavor. light and refreshing but with an unusually low amount of carbonation for style. brett character is light and i don’t get much from the pepper addition, but i like the carbonation level for a change. HenrikSoegaard (14176) - Randers, DENMARK - MAY 15, 2014

Taste is dry grass, straw, peppery spicy tones, citric peel and hints of barnyard funk. Medium body, high carbonation. A pretty nice saison with a dry and peppery profile. Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy, straw colour. Lasting, sticky, white head, that gets bigger as the beer goes down! Sweet malt. Lemon. Raisins. Fruity spiciness. Yeasty fustiness. Busty silliness. Or summat. Taste is dry and lightly tart. Some lactic affair on the palate. Finish is gently dry, with a little of the spiciness remaining. I could drink this all day.
