Entered to celebrate my rating number 13,200. Bottled. A deep red-brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet and acidic with notes of brettanomyces, acetone, lacto, wood, and lots of fruit. The flavor is acidic actually quite sour with strong notes of fruit and medium notes of brettanonmyces, berries - sour cherries, wood, and acetone, leading to a dry, tart, and woody finish. The acidity draws out the moutwater. Had it at the brewery, which is the rating that stands, and blind with a rating of 8/3/8/4/16=3.9 joergen (29598) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 13, 2009

13th September 2008. Dry sour beer. Tart and acidic with a woody finish. Too sour and bit too much like hard work. Travlr (26412) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAR 17, 2011
Bottle courtesy of tarheels86, thank you sir! Moderate pop, controlled carbonation. Brown. Medium beige head. Smells super sour, plums and funkiness. Taste is not as sour as expected from the aroma, very soft, with summer fruits, raisins, grapes. Very nice. omhper (25949) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - NOV 17, 2008
UPDATED: DEC 1, 2008 Bottled, thanks Marsblursi! Cloudy mahogany colour, small head. lactic raspberry aroma with some wood. Citric and medium bodied. Spritzy with lots of red berries. Fresheneing and complex where the buttery malt sweetness is well balanced by the citric lactic acidity. It also possesses a caramelly Belgian style yest character that stays in the background. Very drinkable, yet mindblowingly complex and tasty! Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 14, 2009
