Panzerfaust (848) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - NOV 23, 2016
Slight/medium aroma of malts, caramel, fruit, bread and hops.
Turbid/opaque orange/brown beer with heavy yeast and with a slight/medium beige head.
Starts medium sweet with malts, caramel and fruit; ends slightly bitter and dry with bread and hops.
This beer is rather intense, complex and balanced. Good for its style, but not that good in general. Great appearance and palate, but the aroma could have been stronger.
355ml bottle from Jumbo Costanera Center. Santiago, Nov. 2016. Pours a dark amber color with a medium white head that diminishes quickly and leaves a small lacing. Aroma is balanced between caramel malts and herbal/citrusy hops. Some caramel, orange, citrus and a few more fruity esters. Not particularly rich, but quite good. Taste is fresh, slightly bitter with some good fruity flavors that provide a touch of sweetness. Good, but not remarkable. Medium body, a bit oily. Smooth. Low to medium carbonation. Very quaffable. colui72 (977) - HONG KONG - NOV 2, 2016
Hazy amber with a medium cream head, nice lacing. Aroma is caramel malts, biscuits, notes of fruit. Taste feels strong yeasts, sweet maltyness, notes of floral hops, although it has a strong malty character. Medium carbonation and medium body. Not bad. Fukito (1059) - Santiago, CHILE - OCT 22, 2016

On tap at Jopen Proeflokaal Amsterdam. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of peas, caramel, leaves. Flavour is likewise, a bit grainy, light bitterness. Light bodied. Why import this? Weak amber ale. GuideDogSaint (1390) - Xiamen, CHINA - MAR 9, 2016

Clear amber pour with a creamy off white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is caramel, malt, some light nuts. Taste is malty, caramel, with a mild sweetness, and slight hop presence. Reminds me of a caramel chew. Body is medium, with soft carbonation. Balanced easy drinker.
