12 aug 2012, tap. Nose is white grape skins, alcohol, raisins. Med body and moderately fizzy. Sweet, raisin and grape skins. Lots of alcohol. Wow! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at The Alibi Room with the Vuong family. Pours a clear, bright amber body with thin white lacing. Aroma is sweet Belgian candy. Mouthfeel is thin with bland notes of Belgian candy and zesty yeast. Light spice. Eh. Overall pretty boring, and not my preferred style.

Pale deep golden orange pour decent creamy beige head and light sticky lacing .... aroma of belgian fruity yeast definitely get the triple part in the aroma slight citrus hop detected but not much ..... taste of belgian fruity yeast, and subtle citrusy (grapefruity) hops, some caramel malts with a nice spicy hop bite that lingers into the finish ... nice offering

Very aromatice fruit nose. Almost smells like Sunny Delight. Fresh oranges, melon, and a hint of booze. Taste is full of citrusy hops with big notes of peach, apricot, and melon. Hop bitterness isn’t harsh, but warming alcohol in finish.

Bright orange pour with a tight white head. The nose is softly spicy and fruity. A bit of light fruitiness and some moderate hoppiness. Tasty stuff.

Golden, slightly hazy pour. Head dissipates fairly quick. Citrus hops on the nose. Really interesting combo. Definitely get that classic, smooth Belgian flavor up front. Turns to a nice west coast style IPA.

On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of buttery malt, yeast and some candied sugar. Flavour of leafy hops, dry apples / pears, Belgian yeast, some candied sugar, and fnishes very dry hoppy. A most wonderful IPA / tripel hybrid. Excellent.

Tap. Wow, this is interesting! Pours clear to slightly hazy amber with a nice white head that dissipates leaving great lacing. The aroma hits you up front with citrus - grapefruit and orange, just like a west coast IPA, with a backing of Belgian yeast notes. Taste starts fairly traditional of a tripel - yeast, a little wheat, alcohol notes, but then the citrus hits again filling out the body in IPA style. Fades to a nicely bitter aftertaste. This one may not be true to the style, but it is an interesting and quite tasty fusion.

Golden in color, hazy with a thin white head. Lots of Belgian yeast up front with a decent amount of fruit aroma. The Hops get lost in the flavor but you can tell they are there. Nice brew interesting flavor glad i got to try this.

Translucent orange with a thin white head. Full body but not overly sticky, with medium-high carbonation.

Aroma: very citrusy, with rich caramel undertones.

Taste: citrusy hops, caramel malt, and some cousin notes.
