BOTTLE. Pours a red/cola with plenty of carb, bubbly cream head. Nose is a mix of malts & drinking chocolate. Definitely a nutty taste (slightly allergic) which wasn’t great, BUT a nice roasted malt, coffee & chocolate flavoured masked it for a good beer, silky finish.

bottle @ Grassroots Natural Market / Jacksonville FL --- Clear very dark brown with a frothy 1" beige head, cobwebs of lace. Aroma of sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt that grows into the palate, adding a little roast and light hazelnut, becoming a little hoppy in a medium finish. Moves smoothly through, with a satisfying, balanced finish. Solid brew. A keeper. fletchfighters (1604) - AUSTRALIA - FEB 16, 2015
355 ML bottle
Dark brown color, light tan head. Good spotty lacing.
Nose is roast, caramel, hazelnut, brown sugar. Warming nose.
Taste is quite robust. Roast, brown sugar, hazelnut, soft coffee, licorice and just a soft hop kick. Bit of a thin finisher though.
Medium robust body. Good carbonation. Only negative is the thin finish.
Drank lots of this before Moose drool arrived in Arizona. I remember the why now. Good beer Lunkie (1965) - Glen Iris, AUSTRALIA - FEB 5, 2015

There was a lot of smoke with this beer and heavy carbonation. It poured a clear copper color with a very bubbly medium off white head. The aroma is very sweet, caramel, sugar, toffee. The taste is very good and very drinkable. It is sweet yet balanced. I pick up brown sugar, caramel, toffee, and has a dry finish. jonnyguns (1108) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 11, 2015
Bottle from mane liquor. I like this one - nutty, resinous and touch of a brown sugar. Good take on the style. And sessionable. maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JAN 11, 2015
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Reminds me of moose drool. Sessionable, nutty, caramel and resinous. Super easy going and goes down well. Solid stuff User134089 (1644) - - JAN 9, 2015

Caramel brown pour with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of nuts and roasted malt. Sweet malt flavor with hint of toffee, nuts, and rounded out with roasted malt. Very nice.
