355 ML bottle
Dark brown color, light tan head. Good spotty lacing.
Nose is roast, caramel, hazelnut, brown sugar. Warming nose.
Taste is quite robust. Roast, brown sugar, hazelnut, soft coffee, licorice and just a soft hop kick. Bit of a thin finisher though.
Medium robust body. Good carbonation. Only negative is the thin finish.
Drank lots of this before Moose drool arrived in Arizona. I remember the why now. Good beer Lunkie (1936) - Glen Iris, AUSTRALIA - FEB 5, 2015

From Notes. This is a very good balanced brown ale. One of my favorites. nice brown pour. Brandon1989 (661) - Lewisville, Texas, USA - JAN 28, 2015
There was a lot of smoke with this beer and heavy carbonation. It poured a clear copper color with a very bubbly medium off white head. The aroma is very sweet, caramel, sugar, toffee. The taste is very good and very drinkable. It is sweet yet balanced. I pick up brown sugar, caramel, toffee, and has a dry finish. jonnyguns (1105) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 11, 2015
Bottle from mane liquor. I like this one - nutty, resinous and touch of a brown sugar. Good take on the style. And sessionable.

Caramel brown pour with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of nuts and roasted malt. Sweet malt flavor with hint of toffee, nuts, and rounded out with roasted malt. Very nice. loubar (157) - Los Gatos, California, USA - NOV 20, 2014
UPDATED: JAN 13, 2015 12 oz. bottle at BevMo. Nose of yeast and toast. Dark brown body with a pillowy head. Nutty, roasty and smooth with a creamy malt base. No bitterness. Thin body keeps it on the lighter side. Lightly carbonated. Nothing extraordinary but this is a satisfying and very drinkable brown ale. BREWMUSKCLES (2686) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 22, 2014
nice brown ale with flavors of caramel and a bit of gravy. watery body is refreshing enough and a hint of hop.
