Nut brown aroma with a smooth pole in the body with brown sugar and walnut. A nice and refreshing brown ale.

355ml bottle from Jumbo Costanera Center. Santiago, Nov. 2016 Pours a cloudy brown color with a big off-white head that diminishes quicky and leaves a small lacing. Aroma is a mixed bag of caramel, some cocoa, raisins, nuts and some apples, herbs and berries. More malty, but still some hops there. Taste is a bit uneven and unclean, but still packs a punch of toasted and caramel malts. The acidity and herbal/fruity bitterness doesnt get along very well with it though. Medium body. Fairly drinkable, just not my cup of tea. I like my Brown Ales maltier, woodier and nuttier.

Clear dark ruby with a small off white head. Aroma is faint raisins with some dried fruits. Flavor is slightly toast malts, with some raisins and a touch of butterscotch. Medium to light palate. OK brown ale.

Pours up a clear brown, and moderately thick, off white head. Light toasted malt aroma. Rich and robust, slick and sublime, lots of dark malts with hints of molasses sweetness round out to a nice nutty taste. The latest batch have been a little more watery than before.

Clean and crisp but lacks the earthy nuttiness and chocolate character of other browns. A bit dry with some powdered chocolate. Mild hops and a nip of tartness shows in the finish. Meh.

Pours a slightly hazy dark-orange/mahogany out of the bottle; minimal off-white head. Weak aroma with maple syrup, toffee, and roast hazelnut. Thin body and the nuttiness shows up later than youd expect. Slightly woodsy and earthy but unoffensive. Not a lot of personality is given up but in exchange its very drinkable.

5%ABV. Brown Ale. Tapped out light brown. 18SRM. Nose is beery. Some sweet aromas that are reminiscent of honeyed dates and Chinese red-date tea. Some honey sweetness and organic funk. Phenol in the nose. Mouthfeel is watery. Palate has nutty, black bread, hazelnuts. Ton of wheaty phenolic palate flavors. Finish is brief and beery.

Good beer, slightly thin on the body for what I'd like in a brown, a bit high on the carbonation. Not much nutty flavour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle into a pint. Pours a clear medium brown, with a small tan head. Nose is dark roast malt and cocoa. Taste is that of a typical brown, with a bit of nuttiness and a dry finish. Oddly sweet in the middle, but the hop finish kills the sweetness. Not bad, but nothing great.

Porter aroma, cacao, bit of chocolate, nuts. Like this aroma. Normally dont really fancy brown ale aroma but this I like. Taste is complete different. It much more like brown ale. Bit nutty, caramel, malty. Easy, drinkable, not what I would expect from brown ale. Its ok, but nothing special having on mind its from California.
