COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Poured into a Lost Coast Brewery Pint glass a light lemon yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is almost non existent. Maybe a hint of slight malt & lemon. Taste is watery thin. Finish is a lemon & bread. Weak to the palate. Witbier is not my fave style by far. And this one didnt help one damn bit.

330 ml bottle. Bought in a Jumbo Supermarket in Santiago. Ugly looking, very yelloish and full carbonated, soda looking. Strong hopy smell, citric. Very easy to drink. Where is the weat? where are the cereals? Its not bad, but not at all what it says.

Pale yellow. Good white head. Light body and flavor is too much like a pale lager / sweet great. No Belgian with character.

On tap. Not a huge fan of the spicy Belgian yeast profile but this is quite restrained and very sessionable.

Tap at Bluestem, deep golden with a faint haze and a fluffy head, nose is noble hops, a little spice and orange, once the chill lifts a crisp and lightly spicy-dry body. A bit thin for a Wit, but OK.
