COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This highly hopped California style Pale Ale showcases the brewer’s art of balancing malt and hop characteristics. A generous addition of Munich malts balances the bittering from Chinook hops, and Cascade hops round out the flavor profile.

Bottle from Wine Emporium 020115. Good afternoon drinking beer. Easy to drink, light and flavourful in the mouth and a big finish.

"decent pale ale with a lighter hop profile that plays delicately with the malt balance. not worth buying in 22’s, but give it a try at the pub. refreshing on a hot day."

From pint bottle. Pours a clear golden-amber with a tight white head and fine carbonation. Aromas of lemon, ripe peach, baked bread, grass and grapefruit. Taste is dark caramel at first but that’s quickly overwhelmed by citrus zest bitterness. There’s a grassy, spicy note at the end. Some pepper and lemon in the aftertaste. Enjoyed it.

California-Style Pale Ale (CPA). It’s fruity, and obviously very hoppy. Well done.

Un american pale ale decisamente delicata, molto equlibrata che si lascia bere bene. Ma forse anche un pò anonima.

Draft - Nice grapefruit and a bit of grass. Pale clear gold with a rich white head. Grass and citrus, moderately bitter with a slight resin and grain finish. Good session APA.

Sampled at an ESBLS tasting, thanks to Hayduke. It poured a golden almost yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was fairly hoppy with hints of malts. The taste was predominantly hoppy with some crisp mellow malt notes. This was very nice.

Lovely orange-amber pour. The nose is bright and hoppy with a touch of orange. Soft bitterness and a little bit of light pine. Light pale malt. Good balance and a pretty nice APA

Pint at brewery. Light hoppy aroma and beautiful copper color. The palate was rough and the taste was not great. I will not order this beer again.
