Tap at Brewerkz, Riverside Point, Singapore. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is big tangerine. That’s all there is! The flavour is tangerine citrus with a light, slightly watery tangerine, very light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It’s like rating a cider. Just replace Apple with Tangerine! Very one dimensional. I ordered a pint and now I wished it was a half :-( donandres (527) - Bayombong, PHILIPPINES - APR 19, 2016

Drank it out of the bottle. Smell is citrus mix, some grapefruit first off, lemon and orange. Tiny sweetness of the beer and a bit of grains. Taste follows, I’m slightly surprised though, cause I taste more grapefruit and orange than tangerine specifically. Especially as it warms up. Eh, it’s alright I guess. fordest (2470) - Santee/San Diego, California, USA - FEB 26, 2016
Seen this in stores for years. Never got around to trying it until a friend brought it to our bottle tasting. Now I know why I never bothered. ChadPolenz (1817) - Lakeland, Florida, USA - FEB 19, 2016

AROMA: All tangerine aroma; akin to holding the fruit in your hand. Slightly sweet. All fruit, nothing else. No esters. Not bad, but very one-note. 8/12
APPEARANCE: Very cloudy shade of pale orange. Spastic carbonation clearly visible. Average white frothy head. Good lacing.2/3
FLAVOR: Aggressive tangerine flavor, though it seems authentic. Slight soda flavor on finish. Generic pale wheat ale base. No esters. Fine, but simple.13/20
MOUTHFEEL: Light/medium body. Well carbonated. Smooth. Fairly clean finish. Refreshing. 5/5
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Tasty for sure, though borderline gimmicky. This should be in cans, not bottles.6/10
TOTAL SCORE: 34/50
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a pale straw color with a large white head. The aroma is citric and maybe some wheat. The taste is disappointing slightly citric and very watery. drjoeng (1291) - SINGAPORE - DEC 13, 2015
5.5%ABV. Wheat Beer.
Tapped out a nice amber. 12ºSRM.
Nose again has some clean wheat sour notes. Heavily aromatic with tangerine peel freshness in the nose. Candy aromas are again very prominent in the nose. Like unwrapping an orange soda hard candy.
Mouthfeel is soapy. Again, good wheat flavors, heavily laced wth flavors of ripe tangerines, almost overpowering. The hops are a little more pronounced here coming in in the second half of the palate before the finish.
Finish is brief. Clean. Left with a residual after taste of tangerine peel. Flavor and aroma profile reminds me of Chinese New Year! heyden (137) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - NOV 23, 2015
UPDATED: DEC 2, 2015 Beer #6 of US tour; madarin. reminiscent of the New-Lynn-DH-supermarket-half-the-price-of-regular- sour, shrunken, seeded mandarins (people on a budget know what I mean). The concept is excellent;. Citrus fruits pair well with hops, but the execution is poor. However, it is well suited to warm climates Block (2725) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - NOV 15, 2015
It’s not bad and has good tangerine flavor. It’s like with a wheaty backbone. Some orange flavor in the body with a sweet tangerine and citrus finish. George999 (457) - Colorado, USA - SEP 20, 2015
From the draft the pour is slightly cloudy and a burnt orange in color with a thin white white head, the aroma is missing (possibly the wrong glass). The taste is wheat and the finish is tangerine. The mouthfeel is medium.
