Pale gold in color, with a thick, white head. Aroma of citrus (duh). Okay, I’m going out of my comfort zone here, as I generally don’t like beers made with anything other than malted barley, hops, yeast and water. This one violates that rule in two ways: it has wheat and fruit in it. Wheat beer to me is a violation of beer morality, just as rice is (hello, Budweiser) and corn (hola, any beer from Mexico). And fruit? Hey, I love orange juice, and yes, even tangerine juice. But in beer?!! Anyways...why did I try this? Because a friend of mine says it is her favorite beer, and she has encouraged me to try it many times. So now the deed is done. The verdict? It’s actually not bad. In fact, it is a rather refreshing malted beverage. But I don’t think I would drink it when I wanted a beer - I would drink it when I wanted something fruity, refreshing and alcoholic.

Outstanding!! Very drinkable! Not bitter, which makes it a wonderful summer refresher. Outstanding bouquet.

Golden orange color and slight haze with no head to speak of. Sweet and pungent tangerine aroma and flavor with crisp cold ultra drinkability.

12 oz single bottle from Hy Vee Wine & Spirits - Council Bluffs (Madison Ave). Clear golden to yellow appearance with a small white head. Aroma of citrus fruit, toasted grain and light zesty hops. Similar flavor, juicy, mildly sweet and lightly bitter with husky grain finish. Light body with a thin, slight watery feel and light astringency. Slightly artificial. OK.

Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. It smells like an orange wedge freshly squeezed. The flavor is basically the same as the aroma, mild wheat, orange, and mild spice. Really zesty. Light-medium bodied, with medium to high carbonation and a sharp, citrusy mouthfeel. Pretty refreshing beer that accomplishes what it sets out to do.

Bright tangerine citrus nose. Like strolling through an orange grove. Mild and spritzy. Dialed back malt backbone. Light bodied summery quencher. Could sneak up on you.

Bottle: Poured bright unclear orange with a big bubbly white head that eventually faded away. Aroma is lots of straight tangerine, with orange-soda sweetness and some wheat in the back. Flavour generally follows suit and is heavy on the orange juice with some vitamin like astringency towards the finish. Body is light, carbonation average maybe even soft at points. Overall: As a fruit beer I thought it was quite good and refreshing, only big downside is the hint of orange vitamin taste.

Great beer definitely a day drinker and a tangerine kick that's just right. I would rank this as my top 10 beers I've ever had ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Pours orange-gold with thin white head. Tangerine aroma. Tangerine dominates with some wheat malt. Thin body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
