Pours a lightly hazy golden with a medium-high white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of brett, fruits and light herbs. Taste is dry and moderately bitter and offers some cereals and fruits. Body is medium, carbonation moderate. Overall a pretty good brett saison, not "in your face" brett but still quite good.

How: Bottle (750 ml). From Ian, thanks!

>>> A nourishing and easy drinking Saison with a nice herbal brettanomyces touch that add a bit of depth to the flavor profile.

- Hazy golden with a frothy white head leaving some lacing.
- The brettanomyces have an herbal profile and aren’t overpowering everything at all, but definitely add a nice dimension to the beer.
- Grains and bread flavors contribute to give this beer a nice backbone.
- The Saison yeast and peppery notes are showing up and aren’t hidden by the brett character.
- Medium body, never watery, good carbonation and dry finish.
- Very easy drinking while also being sustaining.

Flavors: Grains, Saison yeast, herbal brettanomyces, spiciness/peppery notes, citrus and bread.

pours hazy light golden with a frothy-rocky white head, good retention and lacing. dusty bretts, citrus, pineapple, wheat, white pepper, fruity zaeiscon yeast. bright to average carbonation, light body; dry, crisp and spicy-citrusy finish. farmhouse for its pretty character but not utterly complex. highly quaffable and tasty enough brett saison.

Bottle shared. Hazy gold pour with rocky frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, mild funk, light lemony notes, very bready, fresh bread crust, brett very reminiscent of Orval. Taste is lightly bretty, lemony notes, peachy flavors, nice woody leathery brett notes. Palate is light, dry with good carbonation. Tasty brew.

From 750ml, purchased at brewery in May, opened in August, poured into tulip glass, cork popped/launched right off

Aroma: big brett aroma, funky

Appearance: golden, slight haze, huge frothy head

Taste: medium to heavy sour, light sweet, light bitter

Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation, long funky/bretty finish

Overall: The Saison Lamoille is one of my favorite saisons. This offering adds a tremendous amount of brett to the saison. I think the brett overpowers the great underlying saison, but it’s also a nice clean brett that’s enjoyable even if you’ve never had the Lamoille Saison. Slight bit of lemon and citrus with a hint of spices.

Bottle @ home via trade. Cage was extremely tightly wound and the cork immediately shot off. Pours a clear, golden yelloiw-orange appearance with a huge white head. Black pepper, spicy yeast, funky brett, grass/herbal, somewhat fruity nose. The aroma nicely shows off the brett. The flavor is also pretty peppery though there is a little bit of plastic. Quite herbal. Pretty refreshing. Fun to drink.

RBAG ’15, sampled from a 750ml brown bottle. Appearance is murky yellow. The head is white and thin. Funky leathery nose, lemons, nice and bretty. The taste is dry, with lemon and leathery brett. Light bodied but nicely carbed. Good stuff.
