Hazy blond color. Quite nice (Belgian) spicy and hoppy aroma. The taste is very much balanced, between the malt and the hop, in the best Belgian tradition; quite dry ending. One more good brew from De Proef. MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 21, 2007
Bottle, 8%. Nice, sweet, fruity aroma with some pepper. Hazy dark orange colour. Big, stable, creamy white head. The flavour is nice, a bit mild. Sweet and grainy with some spiciness. A very harmonic beer with a good level of bitterness to balance a slight sweetness. Hint of dust in the finish. High carbonation. Well-balanced. Bottle shared @ weekly tasting. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, yeasty, a touch of sweetness, some vegetables. Average body, a bit fizzy carbonation. Meh.
